1. Program Access & Entitlements

Apollo University provides training material, diagnostic tools, and community access to candidates preparing for Forward Deployed Engineer roles. Access to paid course modules is granted strictly upon verified receipt of payment.

2. Earnings & Employment Disclaimer

Apollo University makes no guarantee of employment, job placement, specific compensation, or salary outcomes. All compensation metrics cited ($170k–$300k+) reflect US market survey data for relevant industry roles.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum notes, capstone specifications, lab code repositories, and video materials remain the intellectual property of Apollo University. Redistribution, scraping, or sharing without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Your Capstone Submissions

You keep ownership of everything you submit. Submitting a repository URL gives us permission to access that repository and review it for assessment. It gives us nothing else.

We publish student work as a teaching example only where you have given separate, explicit permission for that specific submission, using the showcase control on your capstones page. That permission covers a copy of your docs/DECISIONS.md taken at the moment we feature it, shown to enrolled students on the capstone showcase, credited the way you chose. We do not republish your code, and we do not make the showcase public.

You can withdraw that permission at any time from the same control. Withdrawal removes your work from the showcase immediately. It has no effect on your grade, your certificate, or your standing on the programme, and we will not ask you for a reason.

Your repository being public on GitHub is not permission. We do not treat a public fork as consent to reproduce your work.
